There are 3 ways to contact the Help Desk. In order of priority:

Email jccservicedesk@jccal.org
Call - 205-325-5999 They could be handling other issues so putting in a ticket should be done first.

Access the EthicsPoint Hotline at (844-759-0034) or visit the website at www.jccal.ethicspoint.com to report a complaint.

Employees may also schedule a private and confidential consultation with a Business Partner in the Compliance Office to assist with their concerns.

Please note: The parking app will only work when connected to the JCCAL network or through VPN.

Press and hold the CTRL+ALT+DELETE buttons together, release and click on change password.
Next, type in your current password.
Then the new password you want to change to.
Confirm your new password by typing it in again.
Select Ok.
