How do I contact the Help Desk / submit a service request?
There are 3 ways to contact the Help Desk. In order of priority:

- Call - 205-325-5999 They could be handling other issues so putting in a ticket should be done first.
How do I report an ethics violation or a complaint?
Access the EthicsPoint Hotline at (844-759-0034) or visit the website at www.jccal.ethicspoint.com to report a complaint.
Employees may also schedule a private and confidential consultation with a Business Partner in the Compliance Office to assist with their concerns.
How do I sign up for parking?
Sign up for parking using the app: parking.jccal.org
Please note: The parking app will only work when connected to the JCCAL network or through VPN.

How do I change my network/e-mail password?
- Press and hold the CTRL+ALT+DELETE buttons together, release and click on change password.
- Next, type in your current password.
- Then the new password you want to change to.
- Confirm your new password by typing it in again.
- Select Ok.
