Set up Okta Verify (Android)

Follow these steps to add your organization account in the Okta Verify app.

      1. Sign in to your Jefferson County Access Portal

           Go to https://jccaccess.jccal.org/ and sign in with your credentials. 

       2. Open your account settings

            Click your name in the top-right corner.

             Select Settings.

    3.  Start Okta Verify setup
            Scroll to Security Methods.
            Click Okta Verify → Set up.
            A QR code screen will appear—keep this page open.
      

      4.Install Okta Verify on your Android device
      1. Open Google Play Store and install Okta Verify (if not already installed).
      2. Open the app and tap Get Started.

    Add your organization account

    • Tap Add Account.

    • Select Organization.

    • Enter your organization URL: https://jccaccess.jccal.org

    • Sign in with your Jefferson County username and password.

    • Follow the prompts until Okta Verify asks you to scan a QR code.

    5. Tap Add account

    choose OrganizationEnter your organization URL: https://jccaccess.jccal.org 

    Sign in with your username and password. Complete the prompts in Okta Verify until you 

    see your organization account added and 

6.Scan the QR Code
  • Using your Android device, scan the QR code displayed in Step 3 on your computer.

  • Once scanned, your Jefferson County account will be successfully added to Okta Verify.
