The Infrastructure Division is responsible for servers security and reliability, access to applications, new and existing user accounts, email, directory shares, scheduling and coordination of job request forms and scheduling and coordination of educational training for all departments of Jefferson County.

  • Installation and access of New and  Existing Applications
  • Installation and Maintenance of new and existing Servers
  • Create and Implement Server Shares and Security
  • Access for Users, Email, Internet and Shares
  • Schedule and Coordinate Educational Training
  • Create Forms for Mainframe Applications
  • Schedule and Coordinate Request forms
  • Create backup of all data and implement disaster recovery procedures
